Research Project #1 - Annotated Bibliography for Winesburg, Ohio

 

For this assignment, you will be looking for scholarly interpretations of Winesburg, OH. These article might be found easiest on the library databases like Infotrac or the Literary Resource Center (these can be found under "Research Databases" on the HFCC Library homepage). These articles will act as examples for your own scholarly articles that you are writing.

To complete the assignment, do the following:
1. Research and locate four (4) academic articles analyzing Winesburg, Ohio.
2. Create a works cited entry for the source in MLA format.
3. Annotated the entry. This means that you should summarize the author's main point. You should also analyze the argument in relation to your understanding of the story. Finally, you can evaluate the usefulness,intelligence and credibility of the source.
